Is this another uptime monitor?

No. ImpactRelay consumes vendor incident signals and translates them through your dependency map. The output is which product features are affected, not another generic downtime notification.

Which vendors are included in the pilot?

The assisted pilot supports up to 10 critical vendors. The initial catalog includes Stripe, AWS, Cloudflare, GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, and SendGrid.

How long does setup take?

We map your first product with you in a 20-minute session. You identify the features customers care about; we connect them to the relevant vendor components.

How do you avoid false impact alerts?

Every assessment cites the vendor component, source, mapping, and confidence level. Uncertain mappings are labeled for confirmation instead of presented as facts.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?

If the product saves meaningful triage time, continue on the $99/month founding plan. Your $49 pilot payment is credited to the first month. If it does not help, stop there.

Do you need access to our source code?

No. The pilot uses a lightweight dependency map containing feature names, vendor names, and vendor components. It does not require repository or production access.
